Yoga in the Park

Tuesdays until September 26th
6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Valhalla Park - East of the Pond (4000 Keller Rd., Holt MI 48842) (Park near the softball field off Pine Tree Rd)

Participants will enjoy the inclusive nature of a program that is geared towards a wide spectrum of abilities and fitness levels. Yoga in the Park is held in the beautiful setting of Valhalla Park and provides a unique opportunity for yoga beginners or the yogis with years of practice under their belt.  Bring your mat, water, towel, whatever you will need to enjoy stretching outside. Children are welcome. A $5 drop-in fee per class will be paid directly to the instructor.

Weekly Cruise-ins every Friday night! Classic, modern, project cars or bikes. If it has wheels bring it. Or, just come and look!

* 1st and 3rd Friday of the month features a Food Truck.
* 1st Friday of the month also features a DJ and giveaways.


Harvest Hootenanny

October 7 & 8
Mark Jenks Tennis and Pickleball Complex (Kiwanis Park, end of Maple Street, Holt, MI 48842) 

Come out to the Mark Jenks Tennis and Pickleball Complex for the first annual Harvest Hootenanny. Tournament offered regardless of skill, age, or ability as several ratings classifications being offered.  Men’s Women’s and Mixed Doubles are invited to participate, including a Teen Division as well.  Men’s and Women’s Doubles will play Saturday, Mixed and Teen Doubles will play Sunday.  Cost is $30 per team and includes a tournament t-shirt.  


Halloween in the Gardens

In partnership with the Holt Lions Club, dress up in your favorite costume and attend the annual Halloween in the Gardens! This free family friendly event will have more than 30 booths from local businesses and non-profits offering candy, give-a-ways and fun picture opportunities.  We will be showing Hocus Pocus at 6:30pm in the gardens (weather permitting).

27th Annual Delhi Community Tree Lighting

There is nothing more magical than watching a holiday tree lighting up to kick off this special time of year.  The Delhi Community Tree Lighting Ceremony is a time for the community to come together to celebrate the start of the holiday season. This celebration has carol sing-a-longs, hot chocolate, and a visit from Santa Claus. 


Parent / Child Indoor Cornhole Leagues

January 28 - February 25
4:00 p.m.- 5:15 p.m. league and 5:30 p.m. - 6:45 p.m. league
Sam Corey Senior Center (2108 Cedar Street, Holt, MI 48842)

Parents and children of all ages and skill levels are invited to join one of the Parent / Child Cornhole Leagues and enjoy a fun, memory making program.  Limited to 12 teams per league. Boards and Bags provided. Teams may use their own bags.

Each player must register online at www.delhitownshipmi.gov or call Parks & Recreation, 517-694-1549; Cost $15 per player.  Registration opens in December.
