CORRECTION: Fireworks - What you need to know

We apologize that the last E-News that was sent out had incorrect information. Please see the corrected information below. 

In Delhi Township, consumer fireworks are allowed from June 29th through July 5th until 11:45PM. Fireworks are not permitted at any other time during this upcoming summer holiday season. Violations can be reported to the Sherriff’s Department by calling the non-emergency dispatch phone number (517)272-6026. Please make sure that you call at the time the violation is occurring and have an address or the location where the fireworks are being let off.

Also, please remember, a person cannot use fireworks on public property, school property, church property or another person’s property without express permission. Please be safe and enjoy the holiday!
