Member Details

One member of the Zoning Board of Appeals must be a member of the of the Planning Commission. One member may be a member of the Township Board. Members are appointed by the Supervisor and approved by the Township Board. Members serve a three year term.

Overview

The Zoning Board of Appeals hears and decides any appeals of the zoning administrator's decision concerning project development and site plans relative to the zoning ordinance.
