All Township parks will remain open during the extended closure. However, currently we encourage everyone to practice social distancing when visiting our parks and to avoid using playground equipment.
Park restrooms, the skate park, all athletic courts, fields, playgrounds, the Sam Corey Senior Center and the recycling center will all remain closed.
In addition, the following events, activities and programs have been cancelled and/or rescheduled:
- April 11 – Easter Egg Hunt cancelled
- April 16 and 18 – Brush drop-off cancelled. The next scheduled brush drop-off will be May 14 and 16
- Recreation Volleyball – Cancelled
- Spring/Summer Recreation Sports – Registration suspended at this time, a decision regarding these activities will be made at a later date.
- Garden plots – Will be available approximately two weeks after the township resumes normal operations, weather permitting
Refunds for all volleyball registrations will be mailed.
