The Delhi Township Board of Trustees voted unanimously this week to purchase a new firetruck from local manufacturer Spartan Emergency Response. The purchase was made possible through Renew, Repair, Restore millage, which was approved by voters in November 2018.
Financing this truck will reduce our capital outlay and ongoing maintenance costs.
The new firetruck, which is expected to arrive in early fall 2021, will allow the Delhi Township Fire Department to better respond to residents facing an emergency. This is a big win for our community.
