Road Information
When it comes to local road improvements, the Ingham County Road Department is responsible for evaluating road conditions annually. With that analysis, the county determines what roads will be repaired.
Of the funding available to the County, one requires the Township match the county’s investment. The Township is committed to providing our match for this shared road funding program so Ingham County can continue to implement needed improvements to important road connectors in our community.
Each year, the Township provides matching funds to Ingham County’s Local Road Improvement Program. Improvements are made to local connectors, which are the roads used by many in the Township to get around town.
Neighborhood streets get repaired using Special Assessments through Ingham County.
