The Accounting Department is generally an internal service function of Delhi Charter Township. The Department:

  • Assists the Township Manager in preparing annual budgets and periodic amendments
  • Audits and disburses accounts payable checks
  • Prepares payroll
  • Maintains the general ledger
  • Prepares for annual audit
  • Publishes financial statements
  • Reconciles bank statements
  • Reconciles vendor statements
  • Files required reports with Federal and State governments
